What should I wear to attend a class?

We recommend form fitting clothing that is both comfortable and allows you to perform at your best.


What happens if I can’t make it into the studio but want to do my private lesson virtually?

For any late cancellations or changes, we will do our best to switch into a virtual session

 Cancelation policy is strictly enforced for all clients regardless of reason.

What do I need to attend a virtual class?

In addition to a phone, tablet or laptop, you will need some space to move and a mat.  It is best to wear form fitting clothing that are both comfortable and allow you to perform at your best.


What type of equipment do you have in your studio?

We incorporate the exceptionally crafted classical apparatus by Pilates Designs out of New York.  We are also the first studio in Toronto to feature the Pilates Designs Archival Reformer and Archival Wunda Chair ensuring you gain maximum value from each movement and session as we can hone in on your weaknesses and muscle imbalances.
